Don’t Be Afraid to Break the Unsettling Work Cycle

Steve Jobs once said, “The only way to do great work is to love what you do. If you haven’t found it yet, keep looking. Don’t settle.” All too often, people settle for a job. It may be the one that happened to be available at a time when they desperately needed a paycheck. Sometimes, it’s not the position they wanted, but it’s the one with a paycheck able to cover a little more ground. Either way, they find themselves stuck in their joyless jobs simply because they need the money.
